RETURN POLICY:
We take pride in delivering the highest quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply return your merchandise to us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Our returns and exchanges process is quick, easy, and free within the 50 states using ground shipping via either FedEx or UPS. Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you every step of the way. Please note that you must initiate the return/exchange within the 15 calendar days after receiving the order.
Please keep in mind that expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer complimentary ground shipping within the 50 states.
Returns and exchanges step by step:
- Fill out the return form included in your package.
- Call our offices within 15 calendar days to request a shipping label and get your return/exchange authorized. Note: all returns/exchanges have to be mailed no later than the 15 day mark. We will process your refund or exchange upon receipt of merchandise and inspection. All merchandise has to be in original packaging and not show signs of being worn. Please do not remove tags or labels.
- Remove all previous shipping labels and place the new label. You can drop at any UPS or Fedex drop-off point. Please keep a copy of the shipping confirmation for your records.
REFUNDS
For credit and debit card transactions, refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. If you no longer possess the card used for the transaction, kindly reach out to us beforehand. In such cases, refunds can be issued via mailed check or a Zeita Kotys gift card.
Please be aware that outbound shipping charges from your initial order, including express fees, are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
For expedited service, please contact Customer Service to request an Accelerated Exchange. We will promptly process an order for your new item(s). While we’ll need to charge you for the purchase price, we’ll waive the shipping and handling fees for the new item(s). Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item(s).
